Our Mission
FormQ exists to give developers complete control over their form infrastructure. We believe form handling should be API-first, schema-driven, and fully programmable — not locked behind drag-and-drop editors with limited extensibility.
Why FormQ
Existing form platforms are either too simple (no API, no conditional logic) or too complex and expensive (enterprise pricing for basic features). FormQ fills the gap: a modern platform with a powerful API, embeddable widget, multi-tenant organizations, and a schema engine that supports conditional logic and wizard mode — all without breaking the bank.

- API: Hono.js on Node.js 22, OpenAPI 3.1, Better Auth
- Dashboard: Next.js 16, React 19, Shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS
- Widget: React 18, 19KB gzipped, zero-config embed
- Database: PostgreSQL (Neon) + Redis (Upstash)
- Infrastructure: Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare (R2, DNS, WAF)
Security & Trust
Your data security is our priority. FormQ uses industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest), session-based authentication, role-based access control, and rate limiting to protect your forms and submissions. We process data through trusted providers like Neon, Cloudflare, and Vercel.
